As our Head of Corporate IT, your mission will be to manage and scale our corporate IT support and engineering team. You will play a pivotal role in maturing our IT standards and processes while ensuring our infrastructure remains robust and secure as we continue to grow. Reporting to the SVP Information Systems & Engineering, you will operate in Malt’s tech division.
Key responsibilities ✨
Team Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor a team of 4 IT engineers, setting clear collective and individual goals while building a strong data-driven culture.
Infrastructure & Operations: Oversee the management of our Cloud-based corporate IT stack (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Siit…), the network of our different offices(Palo Alto, WiFi) and employees devices (mainly MacOS, Linux). Ensure the corporate IT team delivers reliable solutions to employees.
Security & Compliance: Partner closely with the cybersecurity team to maintain a secure work environment for all employees. Ensure the team proactively monitors vulnerabilities on our IT stack and performs the associated maintenance tasks (Kandji, Sentinel One). Lead the IT initiatives required for our ISO-27001 certification.
Project & Roadmap Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their IT needs (communication, tooling, devices, automation, AI). Create and orchestrate change projects across the company (new tools roll-out and adoption). Consolidate the roadmap of the Corporate IT team, ensure a good work / life and run / build balance for the team.
Budget & Strategy: Create and manage the corporate IT budget, tracking expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and a stable OPEX.
Continuous Improvement: Evaluate hardware and software needs regularly, recommending and implementing impactful improvements and automation.
About you 🧑🚀
Experience: You have 8+ years of experience in corporate IT, including a proven track record of leading internal teams and solid people management skills
Technical Expertise: You are proficient with our core stack, including Google Workspace, Okta, SentinelOne, Kandji, Palo Alto, Siit, and N8N.
Project Driver and Owner: You excel at planning and driving collaborative projects with a focus on continuous improvement and measurable results.
Security Mindset: You have previously worked in an ISO-27001 certified environment and understand the rigor required for corporate IT security.
Communication: You are a strong communicator, comfortable managing teams in English and French. You are an expert in presenting strategic updates at company-wide All Hands meetings.
