The road ahead for Insurance and ERM

You will help the company deliver on our growth strategy
In this position you will be able to manage enterprise and insurance risks at Group level and in countries. You will cover, enterprise risk management, global insurance programmes including design and negotiation, claims handling and advisory on financial and insurance risk management matters.
With base in Denmark, you will be part of the Group Treasury and Insurance team
Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to:
In this role you will need to
- Manage group insurance programs incl. setting the insurance strategy. placement, claims, loss prevention and yearly renewals
- Analyze, quantify, and monitor insurable risk
- Insurance inspections at factories together with risk consultants
- Business Partnering: build and maintain close relationships with internal stakeholders
- Support P&C with employee insurances and benefits
- Develop total cost of risk transparency
- Optimize processes for collection of insurance values for property and business interruption
- Head of Enterprise Risk Management program
- Drive management of strategic, tactic and operational risks through quarterly reviews with management teams in the segments including quantifying risk
- Facilitate and support on building of mitigation actions plans
- Follow up on the development of the risks and mitigation plans
- Risk reporting to management, Audit Committee and Board
- Write risk sections in annual reports.

Qualifications and skills:
- 5-10 years’ experience within Insurance and ERM is essential.
- Bachelor / Masters in Finance, Business Administration, Risk management or other relevant field
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
- Able to adapt within a multi-cultural environment
- Problem solving skills and ability to make informed decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
