We’re looking for a visionary Infra Security leader to architect and champion the future of secure infrastructure at Gong. You will spearhead our global strategy for building resilient, AI-powered cloud environments while enabling engineers to innovate with velocity and confidence. You’ll Own:- The global cloud security strategy, architecture, and governance for Gong’s cloud infrastructure.
- Leading a core team of ~5 cloud security specialists and providing strategic oversight for ~15 engineers in a matrix capacity.
- The evolution of our Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) and Cloud Workload Protection (CWPP) at scale.
- Cloud risk management, vulnerability tracking, and remediation programs.
- Leading, mentoring, and growing a high-performing Cloud Security Engineering team.
- Cloud infrastructure incident response procedures, playbooks, and readiness.
- Cloud security evidence, risk registers, and control documentation in partnership with GRC, Legal, Privacy, and customer-facing teams.
- Securing massive-scale cloud environments while maintaining engineering velocity through automated guardrails and self-service security.
- Designing resilient security frameworks that support complex AI workloads, including LLM and agentic workflows in the cloud.
