Main Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership in Brazil — Full accountability for Suzano site performance across Safety, Quality, Volume, Cost, and People, including manufacturing (14 SKUs), packaging (28 SKUs), and quality release for imported products.

  • Site Financial & People Management — P&L administration with total activity of ~€6.2M, BOI targets achievement, and leadership of people agenda (gender balance, engagement scores, and talent development).

  • Strategic Transformation Portfolio — Leadership of multi-year project pipeline for Brazil's operating model, including API Disruption, Puran Reformulation, new equipment installations, utilities disentanglement, and compliance validations.

  • Regulatory & Business Continuity — Protection of €500M+ net sales portfolio, monitoring health authority interactions, overseeing separation agreements (MSAs, TSAs, rMSAs), and proactive management of API and supply continuity risks.

  • Governance & Stakeholder Management — Primary M&S Brazil interface with EM&S leadership, Commercial Operations, Global PPM, and GenMed Transformation; leadership of Strategic Projects SteerCo and coordination with Legal, Regulatory, Finance, and P&C.

  • LATAM Regional Coordination — M&S point of contact for international disentanglement strategies (Mexico post-carve-out), participation in regional governance forums, and alignment between local and global transformation strategies.

  • Change Management & Communication — Leadership of organizational change across site and transformation workstreams, development of stakeholder communication strategies, and facilitation of workshops, training, and change adoption for impacted teams.

About You 

Education

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field (required)

• Master's / MBA (preferred)

Experience

• 10+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, supply chain, or operations

• Proven track record in industrial site leadership and complex transformation programs

• Experience with carve-outs, divestitures, or major organizational separations

• International project management across multiple markets
