Lead and scale Lio’s Implementation Engineering team. You ensure enterprise integrations and implementations are executed flawlessly, build scalable frameworks, and bridge product, engineering, and customer reality.
What You'll DoIn this role, you will:
Own the vision and strategy for implementation engineering, including enterprise integrations (SAP, APIs, middleware)
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of engineers working on complex enterprise projects
Ensure end-to-end delivery of scalable, reliable implementations for DAX, Fortune 500, and global customers
Build standardized frameworks, best practices, and tooling to increase efficiency and consistency
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to capture feedback and shape the product roadmap
Drive technical excellence, troubleshooting, and escalation management for critical customer deployments
