Your Role

Define and execute the development of several hybrid applications and the underlying technology roadmap

Lead and grow a cross-functional team (UI/UX, Architects, Developers) ensuring a culture of innovation and collaboration

Manage agile development and ensure fast/efficient development cycles in close collaboration with the Product Owners and the SCRUM Master

Definition and implementation of a Product Roadmap (including Feature- and Release planning) in cooperation with the stakeholders (Product Owners of Apps and Hardware solutions)

Ensuring implementation of applications in time and budget to enable and accelerate the development of digital eco systems Ensure excellent quality of our applications in collaboration with the QA/Testing department

Continuous benchmarking / analysis of competitor applications in relevant markets to ensure leading position of our Apps
Your Profile
-
A degree in computer science or similar qualification
-
Proven management responsibility for hybrid applications
-
Successful history of launching and scaling hybrid applications
-
Experience in implementing and executing digital business models

Background as a Software Architect or Developer, especially with Web Technologies (Typescript, HTML, CSS), proven by track record

Ideally practical experience with the Angular framework
-
Familiarity with cross-platform native runtimes (e.g., Capacitor) is a plus.

Ideally practical experience with API design and implementation

Experience in leading teams and managing agile software development projects

Excellent organization and communication skills
-
Very good communication skills in English and German
