Job DescriptionExperian India is seeking a strategic and visionary senior leader to head its Fraud and ID Verification Solutions team. This client-facing role is central to driving solution excellence, market leadership, and product innovation in the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will be a recognized expert in fraud prevention and identity verification, capable of translating client challenges into impactful solutions while influencing product strategy and market execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Strategic Solutioning
- Lead a team of specialists to engage with clients, deeply understand their fraud and ID verification challenges, and strategically position Experian’s solutions to address these needs.
- Collaborate with Sales teams on day-to-day sales activities, providing strategic guidance and solution expertise to support deal progression and closure.
- Ensure that analytics-driven insights are embedded into client conversations and product evolution.
- Ensure that proposed solutions are optimal, scalable, and aligned with client needs and regulatory frameworks.
Post-Sales Success & Adoption
- Oversee the transition from sales to onboarding, ensuring smooth implementation and client satisfaction.
- Drive client adoption and usage of solutions, acting as a strategic advisor to maximize value realization.
Product Feedback & Innovation
- Serve as the voice of the customer to internal product teams, providing actionable insights on product performance and enhancement opportunities.
- Influence the development of new features and capabilities based on client feedback and market trends.
- Work closely with Experian’s highly proficient analytics teams to co-create innovative, data-led solutions.
- Identify trends across liabilities and assets onboarding, spanning both consumer and MSME segments.
- Leverage advanced analytics to address fraud not only from a consumer perspective but also through digital device footprints, behavioral signals, and emerging fraud typologies.
Go-To-Market Strategy
- Partner with GTM and sales teams to launch new Fraud and ID Verification products.
- Define target segments, positioning, messaging, and market entry strategies.
- Support enablement and training of sales teams on new offerings.
Industry Leadership & Advocacy
- Represent Experian at fraud forums, conferences, and industry events.
- Establish Experian as the leading authority on fraud and ID verification in India’s financial services sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across banks, NBFCs, and regulatory bodies.
Community Building & Thought Leadership
- Lead the planning and execution of the Annual Fraud Closed User Group Summit for Hunter platform users and industry leaders.
- Manage the Hunter Advisory Board, a quarterly forum of top financial institutions to discuss product evolution and regulatory developments.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate across product, customer success, onboarding, analytics, and GTM teams to drive holistic client outcomes.
- Inspire and lead a high-performing team of specialists, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in fraud prevention, identity verification, or related domains within financial services or technology.
- Proven experience in strategic client engagement and solutioning.
- Strong understanding of the fraud landscape in India’s financial services sector.
- Experience in product strategy, GTM planning, and cross-functional leadership.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
- Prior experience in hosting industry summits or advisory boards is a plus.
