12-Month Maternity Leave Replacement
KMS Lighthouse is looking for an experienced Head of HR to lead our HR function during a 12-month maternity leave cover, reporting directly to the CEO.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role, responsible for leading HR activities in Israel while managing a global HR team supporting employees across multiple locations. You will partner closely with the leadership team to drive key people initiatives, support managers, and ensure an exceptional employee experience across the organization. The role combines strategic thinking with strong execution and day-to-day ownership.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage all HR activities in Israel, including employee relations, manager support, engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Lead a global HR team and support employees across multiple international locations.
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team on organizational development, workforce planning, and people strategy.
- Drive recruitment efforts, including senior hiring, offer approvals, and hiring process optimization.
- Lead performance management, feedback cycles, employee development, and management support programs.
- Manage employee relations matters, including complex and sensitive cases.
- Oversee compensation & benefits processes, HR systems, and people-related reporting.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices across multiple countries.
- Drive employee engagement, culture, wellbeing, and retention initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior HR leadership role (HR Manager, Senior HRBP, Head of HR, or similar).
- Experience working in a global company and partnering with senior leadership.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, organizational development, recruitment, and performance management.
- Tech industry experience is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew.
- Strong business acumen, sound judgment, and a hands-on approach.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
Skills Required
- 5+ years of experience in a senior HR leadership role, such as HR Manager, Senior HRBP, or Head of HR
