Head of HR Türkiye
Your Opportunity
Huhtamaki is seeking a dynamic Head of HR Türkiye to partner closely with business leaders and drive both strategic and operational people initiatives that enable performance and growth.
Reporting to the General Manager Türkiye and the VP HR, Flexible Packaging Segment, you will be a key member of the local leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will translate business strategy into impactful HR actions at country level, shaping culture, capability, and organisational effectiveness.

This role is located at our factory in Esenyurt Türkiye.
What you'll be doing
Provide strategic leadership to the local leadership team, offering clear insight on both business priorities and people implications.
Deliver expert HR guidance across talent acquisition, workforce planning, budgeting, organisational and talent development, performance management, and compliance.
Lead organisation design and change initiatives, including restructuring, productivity improvements, and other business‑critical projects aligned with strategic goals.
Coach and support managers in executing annual people processes, ensuring consistency, alignment, and a high‑quality employee experience across all teams.
Drive talent development efforts that build current and future capabilities, reinforce Huhtamaki’s learning culture, and align with our Leaders’ Imprint.
Strengthen organisational culture and employee relations, ensuring communication practices are open, two‑way, and supportive of long‑term business success.
Lead the HR organisation in Türkiye, ensuring effective delivery of people services, strong business partnering, and a structure and capability set aligned with business needs.
Foster high engagement and collaboration within the HR team, building a motivated, high‑performing function.
What you’ll bring to the role
Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
Strong experience in HR generalist role and/or Center of Expertise in sizeable, regional or global context in manufacturing environment
Proven experience in managing and leading HR and people related change initiatives and organization culture transformation
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
Proactive problem-solving skills and results and service oriented approach
Fluent in English and Turkish, with excellent communication skills and strong influencing capability
