Requirements
* Technical education in electrical engineering, network engineering, mechanics, or metalworking
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HV cable jointing and accessories, field and/or laboratory environment
* Proven track record in supervising field operations or construction sites in an HV context
* Background in HV testing (Resonance, Partial Discharge, Outer Sheath, Impedance, Contact Resistance) is a strong advantage
* Experience in R&D environments or product development for HV accessories is a plus
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate technical teams in international, multicultural settings
* Strong problem-solving mindset with a high degree of autonomy
* Willingness and ability to travel internationally (20–30%)
* Fluent English required — German and/or other languages are an asset
