About the job:
The role is responsible for the formulation and the safeguarding of the strategic priorities and the targets of HAPs Portfolios agreed with the owner of the portfolio, ensuring Intrum’s goals and best interest. Responsible to lead a team of experts that acts as the point of reference for the investors, demonstrating strong ability to coordinate and monitor the provision of optimal services in order to meet the HAPs portfolios targets in the most efficient way for both investors and Intrum Hellas.
What will you do:
- Lead a team of experts that serves as the primary and exclusive point of reference for the investors
- Responsible to oversee the efficient servicing of HAPs portfolios
- Responsible for finalizing portfolio budgets and NPE plans, holding the ownership of the portfolio’s P&L
- Monitor the portfolio performance & profitability and responsible for taking corrective actions such as alterations in strategies mix, products offering, cost management and portfolio’s resources’ sizing, in collaboration with Business Centers of Excellence and Business Services Units
- Accountable for the achievement of Intrum’s strategic goals and targets’ for HAPs portfolios
- Identify potential risks and opportunities, responsible to formulate mitigation measures in collaboration with Business Centers of Excellence and Business Services Units and to
- Ensure implementation by responsible Sectors and Units, as well as new services’ offering, safeguarding the resilience of the HAPs portfolios
- Monitoring of performance KPIs against set targets, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement along with Business Centers of Excellence and Business Services Units
- Closely collaborate with all strategic stakeholders to achieve and accelerate HAPs portfolios targets
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory framework
What we’re looking for:
- Robust academic background
- Extensive knowledge and professional experience of activities related to investors relationship management & NPEs management
- Strong Financial expertise, demonstrating a good understanding of financial principles and a track record of effectively managing P&L statements to optimize the performance of the portfolio
- Proven expertise in navigating negotiations, adept at conflict resolution and skilled in securing advantageous agreements
- Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced environment interacting effectively with different stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards, ensuring that all activities related to the portfolios adhere to legal requirements
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
