What You Will Do
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive merchant adoption and transaction volume.
- Working closely with Finance and other Strategy teams to develop bottom-up forecasting, budgeting, and pricing models, with a focus on accurate, realistic forecasts and budgets.
- Act as project leader to ensure the collaboration within internal teams is following the expected OKRs based on market demand, including, but not limited to, product, engineering, operations, and marketing
- Work closely with Legal and Compliance team to ensure the payment gateway operates within regulatory and payment scheme requirements.
- Work closely with Data team to ensure accurate data and business insight to support top management decision making process.
- Lead the Midtrans Strategy team consisting of 3 people
What You Will Need
- More than 10 years’ experience in Fintech industry and/or Business Strategy & Planning related roles (especially related to payments)
- Experience in and/or significant exposure to the payments industry or B2B strategy experience preferred
- Managed/involved in managing P&L for a company or business portfolio
- Expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and creating data-driven strategic models.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights, familiar with data analysis tools (SQL), dashboarding experience with BI or Dataviz tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, Domo, etc.), and a great advantage, having used QuickBi and/or MaxCompute before.
- Strong in project management and coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders
