Location: This is an onsite role based at Nextiva’s Scottsdale headquarters (9451 E. Via de Ventura, Scottsdale, AZ 85256). Working together onsite strengthens how we operate, enabling faster decisions, clearer communication, and stronger execution, so you can make a greater impact and move work forward with speed and clarity.

In-Office Expectation: This role is expected to work onsite four days per week. Specific scheduling and flexibility will be guided by your leader to support both team collaboration and individual productivity.

Nextiva is building a next-generation, AI-powered Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement function to transform how revenue teams operate in high-velocity SMB and Mid-Market environments.

We are seeking a Head of GTM Enablement to architect and lead this evolution. This leader will work cross-functionally across Product Marketing, Revenue Leadership, Sales Enablement, and Operations to build a connected, performance-driven GTM enablement system that delivers actionable guidance directly within seller workflows. This role complements and amplifies existing Product Marketing, Learning & Development, and Revenue Operations functions by ensuring GTM strategy is consistently operationalized within frontline revenue workflows.

This role expands the traditional scope of enablement by combining AI-powered workflow guidance, GTM operationalization, and performance-driven execution. You will design and scale a system that drives measurable improvements in pipeline conversion, accelerates sales readiness, and ensures consistent, high-quality execution of our GTM strategy.

What You’ll Do:

Build a Performance-Driven Enablement System

  • Design and operationalize a modern enablement ecosystem that embeds directly into seller workflows
  • Shift enablement from event-based training to continuous, in-the-flow performance support
  • Establish clear metrics tying enablement to revenue outcomes (conversion, cycle time, win rates)

Drive Sales Readiness & Execution Excellence

  • Enable SMB and Mid-Market sellers to run effective discovery, articulate differentiated value, and navigate objections with confidence
  • Continuously improve seller effectiveness and pipeline conversion through data-driven insights

Translate Strategy into Sales Execution

  • Partner with Product Marketing and Revenue teams to translate positioning and go-to-market strategy into actionable seller guidance, discovery frameworks, competitive differentiation, and deal support tools
  • Ensure consistent messaging and execution across all customer-facing teams

Lead AI-Powered Enablement Innovation

  • Build and scale AI-enabled workflow guidance tools that help sellers access the right messaging, insights, and resources at the moment of need
  • Develop real-time knowledge systems that help customer-facing teams access accurate, up-to-date information within their daily workflows
  • Partner cross-functionally with AI Ops and Product to define and build the underlying knowledge infrastructure

Enable High-Velocity Product Launches

  • Support rapid release cycles with scalable enablement strategies that keep pace with bi-weekly product updates
  • Complement traditional training approaches with continuous, in-workflow reinforcement and real-time guidance

Drive Cross-Functional GTM Alignment

  • Drive alignment in a cross-functional operating model across Enablement, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and AI Enablement stakeholders
  • Foster a culture of speed, clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement

What You Bring:

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or GTM Strategy
  • Proven success in high-velocity sales environments (SMB and Mid-Market)
  • Experience in SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, or CX platforms strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable improvements in conversion rates and sales performance
  • Track record of translating strategy into scalable execution
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Experience with (or strong curiosity for) AI-driven tools and enablement systems

What Success Looks Like:

  • Enablement is embedded in daily seller workflows and consistently adopted across teams
  • Measurable improvements in pipeline conversion, sales velocity, and win rates
  • Rapid and effective adoption of new product releases
  • Clear, sustained alignment between Product Marketing strategy and Sales execution

Why This Role is Different:

  • You will help evolve enablement from periodic program delivery to continuous, in-workflow seller support
  • You will leverage AI to scale impact
  • Your work will directly influence revenue outcomes and company growth

This is a rare opportunity to redefine how GTM Enablement operates in an AI-first, high-velocity environment and to build a function that materially impacts how revenue is generated at scale.
