About Us

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.

  • We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.

  • We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.

  • We grow together: as a team and with our customers.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.

If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.

The Role

We're looking for a Head of GTM Content & Programs to join our marketing team in New York. This is a newly created function at Legora and one we've been building toward deliberately.

You'll report directly to the CMO and lead a team of marketing wizards: content strategists, writers and program managers. You'll think like a PMM but optimize for GTM — translating Legora's positioning into high-value content and programs that generate pipeline, support sales, and accelerate customer education. You will partner closely with PMM, Growth Marketing, and Sales to ensure everything you build connects directly to customer outcomes.

This is a rare opportunity to build a function from scratch at a company that has strong product-market fit, a bold brand, and the ambition to become the defining platform for legal AI.

What You’ll Do

  • Build the team: hire, develop, and manage content strategists and writers, setting the bar for quality, consistency, and GTM relevance.

  • Define the content strategy: establish what we publish, why, and for whom — anchored in Legora's core narratives and aligned with PMM and GTM priorities.

  • Own the content calendar: manage output across all long-form and programmatic content with a clear view of pipeline impact.

  • White papers and ROI reports: commission, write, and distribute research-backed assets that help buyers justify the decision to choose Legora.

  • Original research: design and produce industry studies that earn coverage, generate leads, and position Legora as a thought leader in legal AI.

  • Sales enablement content: partner with PMM and Sales to ensure the field has the right content at every stage - competitive materials, use case guides, customer evidence.

  • Customer Stories: partner with the sales and regional marketing teams to identify and spotlight customers with remarkable success stories.

  • Webinars and virtual events: own Legora's webinar program from topic selection through to promotion, delivery, and follow-up..

  • Measure what matters: Partner with growth marketing to track content performance

  • Work in lock-step with PMM: ensure content reflects current positioning, persona insights and competitive context.

  • Contribute to Legora's brand authority: uphold the voice, quality, and standards that make Legora GTM programs and content distinctive in a crowded market.

What You Bring

  • A PMM foundation: you've spent meaningful time in product marketing — you understand how to translate product capabilities into buyer value and you know how to build narratives that resonate with enterprise audiences.

  • Content leadership experience: you've built or led a content team, set editorial standards, and managed a programme of work. You think about content as an asset, not merely a publishing exercise. You care about what moves buyers, not just what gets shared.

  • A strong editorial instinct: you can write, edit, and commission at a high standard. You know what great looks like and you hold the bar high.

  • Cross-functional fluency: you're comfortable working alongside PMM, Sales, and Revenue Marketing and can operate where those worlds overlap.

  • Comfort with ambiguity: you're energised by building from scratch, you can define the brief as much as execute against it, and you don't need a playbook to get started.

  • Strong communication skills: you can present strategy to a CMO or CEO, give creative feedback to a writer, and brief a designer — all with equal clarity.

What’s In It For You

  • Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Europe, APAC, and North America.

  • Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success.

  • Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily.

  • In-person environment: Union Square office designed for ambitious builders and company provided lunch daily.

  • Benefits & Perks: We invest in our people with a comprehensive, thoughtfully designed benefits package:
    Medical, Dental & Vision

    • Multiple medical plan options through Aetna and Kaiser Permanente

    • HSA or Healthcare FSA (based on plan selection)

    • Dental plans via MetLife
