- Develop and implement the EEA market specific growth strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objective.
- You will work closely with the regional management teams in EEA to align local growth needs and targets with the group's global marketing plan. You partner with regional management teams in EEA and the groups' global marketing teams to tailor the groups' global digital marketing strategy, PR, campaigns, content creation, SEO/SEM/ASO, Social Media, and offline activation to local EEA needs.
- Identify and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts; making adjustments as necessary to ensure goals are met.
- Lead all EEA-user communication efforts, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective messaging across all channels and touchpoints, and tailoring communication strategies to specific user segments.
- Own the entire user lifecycle management process, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies, driving growth of our user base.
- Prepare for regulatory compliance in marketing strategies, ensuring that all marketing efforts are compliant and effectively positioned to leverage potential opportunities arising from regulations.
- Experience in Marketing/Growth in the Crypto industry.
- Exceptional communication skills in English.
