What you'll do
- Own the growth strategy and budget across all demand generation channels—paid media, ABM, content syndication, partnerships, events, and outbound motions
- Design and optimize the marketing-to-sales infrastructure including lead scoring models, routing rules, handoff processes, and SLAs that ensure high-quality pipeline
- Manage and develop a cross-functional growth team including Events, BDRs, and Demand Generation specialistsLead product launch GTM planning and orchestrate execution across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Build repeatable playbooks and scalable processes—ABM frameworks, outbound cadences, campaign templates, and partnership co-marketing programs
- Partner closely with RevOps and Sales leadership on pipeline goals, multi-touch attribution, forecasting, and conversion optimization
- Drive partnership marketing strategy end-to-end, from identifying strategic partners to executing co-marketing campaigns that generate qualified pipelineAct as a player-coach: define strategy and build systems while staying close enough to execution to guide your team through complex campaigns
What experience we're looking for
- 8-15 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with at least 3 years managing teams or leading cross-functional growth initiatives
- Built your career primarily through digital marketing channels (demand gen, paid media, ABM, lifecycle, content)—not events or field marketing
- Deep hands-on experience across multiple growth levers—demand gen, ABM, partnerships, events, or BDR motions (you've owned or closely collaborated on at least 3 of these)
- Track record building demand generation infrastructure in high-growth environments (0→1 builds or 3x growth stages, not incremental optimization of mature programs)
- Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity and make strategic tradeoffs—you can confidently decide where to invest limited resources, not just execute what's handed to you
- Strong strategic voice and executive presence—comfortable holding your own in rooms with the CEO, VP Sales, and other department heads
- Genuine excitement about building systems, developing people, and creating leverage through process—not just running individual campaigns
- Experience marketing to technical buyers (developers, data engineers, infrastructure teams) is a major plusPlatform expertise with 6sense, Demandbase, HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation tools
