At Sage we’re determined to improve the care and quality of life for caregivers and older adults.
The Role

Sage is on a mission to improve care and quality of life for older adults, starting with those residing in senior living facilities. Falls are the leading cause of injury-related death among adults over 65. And yet, fall prevention and emergency response systems for older adults are archaic and ineffective. At Sage we've built a more modern way of understanding when older adults need help, including methods for residents to alert caregivers when in need of help, and corresponding software for caregivers to triage response. Our company mission is to create a product that our client counterparts love, and this role is a key part of that objective.

Sage is a small, tight team of ambitious, multi-disciplinary entrepreneurs. We are a software-enabled, mission-driven company, and are focused only on the problems that are central to achieving that mission. At Sage, we work hard and fast but also know that to build a truly important company, we need to treat our work as a marathon, and not a sprint. The journey matters.

About the Role

We’re hiring a hands-on Head of Growth Marketing to help architect and operationalize Sage’s growth engine, uniting brand, product marketing, and sales to convert awareness into pipeline and long-term customer value. This is both strategic and hands-on: part architect, part operator.

Responsibilities
  • Develop Sage’s full-funnel growth strategy across owned, earned, and paid channels
  • Define metrics, dashboards, and test frameworks to guide decisions and prove ROI
  • Establish scalable campaign infrastructure in partnership with Marketing Ops
  • Lead integrated campaigns connecting events, email, and digital activations to pipeline goals
  • Build and test outbound and ABM-lite programs for priority accounts
  • Oversee paid efforts (LinkedIn, search, retargeting) with a test-and-learn mindset
  • Own nurture and lifecycle programs that drive expansion, referrals, and product adoption
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure cohesive buyer and customer journeys
  • Build systems to measure attribution, influence, and conversion across the funnel
  • Manage agency partners; identify gaps and build for scale
  • Partner with the CMO and RevOps on forecasting, reporting, and optimization
  • Be a visible, collaborative leader who balances strategy and execution
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8–12+ years in growth, lifecycle, or demand generation, ideally in B2B SaaS or healthcare tech
  • Proven experience building growth systems from the ground up
  • Analytical yet creative; equally fluent in performance data and brand storytelling
  • Skilled cross-functional collaborator with Sales, Product Marketing, and Creative
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by Sage’s mission to improve care for older adults
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare, B2B, or sales-led growth environments
  • Light SEO or referral marketing experience a plus
