The Role

Aescape is looking for a Head of Growth & Marketing Partnerships who can build high-impact partnerships and lead data-driven growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue acceleration as we scale our ecommerce presence and expand into new markets. You’ll be collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience as we redefine how people experience recovery through robotics and AI. This role is onsite based in NYC 

Aescape is the NY-based lifestyle robotics company redefining self-care. 

Backed by $128MM in funding from investors like Valor Equity Partners (an early investor in Tesla and SpaceX), we launched the world’s first-to-market AI-powered robotic massage experience with Equinox in August 2024 and quickly went viral: WIRED, Fast Company, Popular Science, Sports Business Journal, Fortune, Vogue and Bloomberg are only some of the leading news outlets that have covered our technology, with celebs like Kristen Bell and Will Smith posting about us.

Since then, we’ve announced partnerships with global industry leaders across hospitality, pro sports, corporate wellness, and luxury real estate — with more on the horizon as we supercharge growth. 

What You’ll Do 

As the Head of Growth & Marketing Partnerships at Aescape you will:

  • Develop strategic marketing partnerships to unlock shared growth opportunities by leveraging complementary customer bases.

  • Architect and execute agile growth strategies across all digital and offline channels to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience to create a seamless and scalable customer journey.

  • Own end-to-end marketing performance: pricing, promotion, spend strategy, and channel optimization — using real-time data to maximize ROI.

  • Foster a culture of experimentation: rapidly test and iterate on new channels, creative approaches, campaigns, and user journeys.

  • Define, track, and report on KPIs that directly tie to business outcomes, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.

  • Implement a multi-touch attribution model and a media mix model to elevate marketing measurement and investment strategies.

  • Lead web presence and ecommerce strategy in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Content Marketing.

  • Optimize marketing operations, systems, and workflows to support rapid scaling and operational excellence.

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and channel allocation with a start-up mindset: balancing growth goals with resource efficiency.

What You’ll Bring
  • 7+ years of growth marketing experience, specializing in B2C demand generation for tech-driven wellness brands.

  • Experience owning paid user acquisition across digital, social, local, and marketplace channels, continuously testing new opportunities.

  • A strong ability to connect data-driven insights to big-picture strategies, balancing performance metrics with creative excellence.

  • Analytical expertise in campaign performance, trend identification, and optimization.

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments

  • Enthusiasm for innovation, industry trends, and leveraging new tools for growth.

  • Solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to purpose-driven wellness.

  • Experience in P&L management. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data insights into compelling narratives.

Must Have
  • Start-up experience: Thrives in ambiguity, builds from scratch, and adapts quickly to change.

  • Track record of success in scaling customer acquisition and revenue in ecommerce environments.

  • Expertise across data analytics, marketing operations, and growth leadership.

  • Competitive pay + bonus + equity plan. The base salary range for the role is $185,000-$210,000.
