About the opportunity:
We are looking for a visionary Head of Global Real Estate to lead the strategy, transformation, and performance of Ericsson's global real estate portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of Group Sourcing and serving as a member of the Group Sourcing Leadership Team, you will lead a team of experts responsible for developing the frameworks, standards, tools, and governance that enable world-class real estate delivery across Ericsson.
What You'll Do
As Head of Global Real Estate, you will:
- Define and execute Ericsson's global real estate strategy, ensuring a competitive, flexible, and future-ready footprint that supports business growth and operational excellence.
- Partner closely with Market Areas and Business Areas to optimize portfolio performance, workplace effectiveness, and cost efficiency.
- Drive the evolution of workplace experience by leveraging new technologies, innovation, and modern workplace concepts that enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Develop strategic frameworks and guidance that enable local real estate teams to respond effectively to evolving business needs.
- Establish clear performance management through relevant real estate KPIs, cost metrics, and operational benchmarks.
- Collaborate with Sourcing teams to support and drive global contract renewals and supplier strategies.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing global team while ensuring strong governance and budget management.
- Build trusted partnerships across Ericsson, working closely with People, IT, Sustainability, Brand, and other key stakeholders to deliver integrated workplace solutions.
- Champion sustainability, health and safety, business continuity, and operational resilience across the global real estate portfolio.
What You'll Bring

- A university degree, preferably in Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience across multiple real estate domains, including:

- Real Estate Portfolio Management
- Workplace Experience and Operations
- Digitalization and Transformation
- Corporate Real Estate Strategy
- A proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives and driving organizational change.
- Strong leadership experience, including building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent business acumen and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and global partners.
- Experience operating in complex, international organizations with multiple stakeholder groups.
- A results-oriented mindset combined with strategic thinking, innovation, and the ability to turn vision into execution.
