Responsibilities:
- Oversight of the production of Marex SA's monthly analytical results, monitoring of the P&L by desk, detailed analysis of revenue and main expenses for the entity and its branches.
- Production of monthly and quarterly reports for the Marex SA Board.
- Monthly budget monitoring: identification, analysis, and explanation of variances.
- Oversight of the calculation, accounting, and payment process for Front Office bonuses.
- Oversight of the production of regulatory reports.
- Driving continuous process improvement, particularly through automation and simplification of various departmental tasks. Drafting and/or updating of support documentation.
- Management of the management control team: management and allocation of tasks within the team, measurement and evaluation of employee performance.
Skills and Experience
- Education: Master's degree (BAC+5) from a business school or equivalent university degree with a specialization in Finance/Management Control, and 10-15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, rigor, and a sense of responsibility.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential.
- Knowledge of VBA or a BI tool would be an asset.
- English required.
