controls within the motor vehicle division.
- Manage and monitor cash flow, investments, and capital structure for
vehicle procurement and sales.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decisions
making in vehicle sales operations.
- Supervise the preparation of financial statements, audits, and tax filings
for motor vehicle business activities.
- Assess financial risks and implement risk management strategies tailored
to the motor vehicle business.
- Optimize cost control measures and improve financial efficiency in vehicle
procurement, sales, and distribution.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- A master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) or professional certifications (ACCA,
ICAN, CFA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive financial experience, with at least 3
years in a leadership role.
- Prior experience in the automotive retail, sales, or distribution industry is
an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and reporting
standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems like Sage 300.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication abilities.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
