Your daily pitch

As our Head of Finance Business Partnering (m/f/x), you'll play a pivotal role in shaping business performance across Retail, Online, and Games. You'll be the trusted financial partner to senior stakeholders, transforming complex financial data into meaningful insights that drive growth and smarter decisions. Working at the intersection of strategy, finance, and commercial operations, you'll help steer investment choices, optimise performance, and unlock value across the business. You'll also lead and develop a high-performing team while collaborating closely with FP&A and Finance colleagues to ensure we stay ahead of the game. • You lead and develop a high-performing Finance Business Partnering team, creating an environment where people can grow and deliver their best.
• We rely on you to partner with senior leaders, providing clear financial insights that support confident decision-making.
• You own the financial performance of our Retail, Online, and Games business areas, turning data into actionable recommendations.
• We count on you to drive budgeting, forecasting, and medium-term planning processes that support our strategic ambitions.
• You enhance financial models and commercial analyses that help optimise revenue opportunities and investment decisions.
• We partner with you to deliver insightful reporting that highlights key drivers, risks, opportunities, and performance trends.
• You proactively monitor financial and operational KPIs, driving corrective actions that improve business outcomes.
• We look to you to strengthen collaboration across FP&A, Accounting, and wider Finance teams to ensure aligned financial reporting.
• You champion continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, transparency, and decision quality across the organisation.

Which skills you should bring to the pitch

• Finance Degree. You hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Industry Experience. You bring at least 8 years of relevant finance experience, including the gaming industry.
• Leadership. You have proven experience leading and developing teams in a commercial finance environment.
• P&L Management. You have extensive experience managing complex P&Ls and understanding key commercial drivers.
• Business Partnering. You have a strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving business performance.
• Financial Planning. You possess deep expertise in budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and financial analysis.
• Analytical Skills. You excel at financial modelling, problem-solving, and transforming data into business insights.
• Communication. You communicate complex information clearly and confidently to a variety of audiences.
• Commercial Acumen. You understand how financial performance connects to wider business strategy and growth.
• Language. You are fluent in written and spoken English. As the #1 sportsbetting company in Germany, if you speak German it would be a plus.
