In this capacity, you will oversee all accounting and finance operations for our Pune team while actively contributing to global accounting and finance initiatives. • Oversee all accounting and finance activities in our Pune office
• Lead individuals on both teams (mentor, instruct, vet and hire as needed)
• Assist global operations in AR/AP, forecasting, and pricing functions.
• Build shared financial service capabilities for regional and global functions.

What will I need to thrive in this role?

• Masters/Bachelor of Accountancy or CA equivalent
• CPA or ACCA Qualification
• 10+ years of experience with US or Europe-based multinational companies
• Proficiency in both US GAAP and IFRS standards
• Outstanding verbal and written communication in English
• Management experience within a diverse team across multiple functional areas
