Your responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Finance team, overseeing accounting, controlling, consolidation, cash management, and product costing across HQ and international subsidiaries.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and closings in line with Swiss OR, internal policies, and group standards.
- Act as Process Owner for finance and controlling, driving digitalization, ERP improvements, and a strong internal control framework.
- Manage intercompany processes, transfer pricing, and consolidation, ensuring alignment with auditors and group requirements.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and industrial/product/project costing to support performance, profitability, and decision-making.
- Oversee tax compliance, corporate filings, and relationships with auditors, tax authorities, and external partners.
- Act as Compliance Officer for financial operations: gatekeeper of outgoing flows, responsible for KYC/KY-Suppliers, and guardian of financial governance.
- Define and maintain scalable financial policies, processes, and best practices across all entities.
Your profile
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex products and operations and translate them into clear financial insights and decisions.
- Proven senior finance leadership experience in an international SME or industrial/tech environment, ideally with multi-entity consolidation.
- Hands-on, pragmatic mindset - able to dive into operational finance while steering strategic initiatives and leading the team.
- Solid expertise in accounting and controlling (Swiss OR or equivalent), including product costing, budgeting, cash management, and consolidation.
- Experience with ERP finance processes and digitalization; track record of improving systems and workflows (Odoo experience is a plus).
- Strong background in internal controls, compliance, and risk management across multiple jurisdictions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, working effectively with leadership, auditors, tax authorities, and cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in German & English, with strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
