Your mission
Your mission
Reporting to the International Export Director and as part of the strategy drawn up by the Export Region Department you will be responsible of defining the development plan and implementing the sales policy throughout your area for all Dermo Cosmetic, Personal Care and Medical Care products in accordance with the management and with a view to achieving the objectives set regarding turnover and profitability.
You will carry out local market analysis, search for and select partners to ensure the distribution, promotion and sale of products in the area, and lead these partnerships. You will analyze and monitor risks for countries and partner companies, draw up commercial contracts with distributors and manage commercial relations with them. You will define annual plans and budgets, follow-up/management of the profit center (P&L).
You will contribute the marketing plans, and sales development in accordance with local distributors and the regional export and marketing teams, manage commercial logistics and coordination of export regulatory activity, merchandising and Digital business drivers
Who you are
You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in international sales, export management, or a related field with a proven track record of developing and executing successful export strategies on a global scale. You are experienced in managing large, cross-functional teams and working with international clients and partners and have a strong background in strategic planning, market analysis, and business development with excellent negotiation skills and management of complex international contracts and agreements.
You have a bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification, such as an MBA or a Master’s degree in International Business or Global Trade, is often preferred, with perfect command of business English.
