Head of Esport Trading

For more than 5 years, we have been organizing sports tournaments, broadcasts, and developing our own sports community. We hold 45+ thousand events per month in esports and classic sports. BETER products are known all over the world - our content is represented in 150+ countries.
Our current partners are the world’s most famous trading giants.

We are looking for a Head of Trading (Console Games & Global Esports) to lead our team, optimize strategies, and drive 24/7 operations. Work with Mathematics, Platform, and BI teams to build trading models, enhance tools, and report to senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Trading Department, ensuring 24/7 operational coverage in Console Games and Global Esports.
• Develop and optimize trading strategies while enhancing processes for collaboration with both internal and external departments.
• Collaborate with the Mathematics Team on the development and refinement of mathematical models for trading.
• Work closely with the Platform and BI Teams to advance trading and statistical tools.
• Design and implementation of motivational systems, as well as financial planning and cost management for the department.
• Provide senior management and stakeholders with regular reports, performance analyses, and KPI tracking.
• Communication with clients on the level Trading_Trading.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in operational trading, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong analytical background with proven expertise in trading, risk management, and understanding player (bettor) behavior and psychology.
• Strong knowledge of sports (including Football, Basketball, Icehockey, and Tennis). Experience in esports will be considered a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and scale operational processes.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• English, both written and verbal.
• Fluent in Ukrainian/Russian.
