🚀 What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap spanning:
-A customer-facing mobile application.
-The existing backend that supports it.
-A new public API platform replacing and extending the current backend. - Translate business goals, regulatory requirements, and technical constraints into clear, prioritized product requirements.
- Lead the transition from the current backend to a scalable, general-purpose API platform, managing risks, dependencies, and backward compatibility.
- Partner closely with mobile, backend, platform, and compliance teams to align on architecture, delivery plans, and trade-offs.
- Drive Agile execution — write epics and user stories, manage backlogs and sprints in Jira, and ensure predictable delivery.
- Establish and track success metrics across mobile UX, backend reliability, and API adoption.
- Measure and optimize — analyze engagement, conversion, and performance metrics to inform iteration and scaling.
🔍 We're Looking For
- 5+ years in product management or technical product management roles.
- Proven experience owning product roadmaps and delivering throughfull lifecycle — from prototype to production.
- Strong technical fluency — comfortable with APIs, database queries, and backend systems.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); experience leading cross-functional Agile teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (English B2+).
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Looker, Amplitude, or similar.
🌟 It would be a plus
- Experience in fintech, payments, or other regulated environments.
- Experience launching or scaling a public or partner-facing API.
- Strong product intuition for developer experience and mobile UX.
- Experience supporting high-availability systems handling large transaction volumes.
