Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Head of Enterprise Transformation is driving strategic change management initiatives, operational efficiency, and cultural shifts across our retail wireless organization. Serving as a champion for process excellence and organizational mindset shifts, this role bridges business strategy with operational execution to ensure seamless transformation across enterprise initiatives. By championing agility, continuous improvement, and cross-functional alignment, this leader resolves organizational friction and accelerates business performance across our brands.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives): 

  • Capacity to lead, coach, and develop a team of transformation specialists dedicated to driving change management, process optimization, and cultural alignment 
  • Drive end-to-end enterprise transformation initiatives that increase operational efficiency, streamline retail wireless processes, and improve cross-functional speed to execution 
  • Serve as a cultural champion across the organization, embedding modern ways of working, agility, and a continuous improvement mindset 
  • Partner with executive leadership to align operational transformation roadmaps with strategic business goals and customer-centric priorities 
  • Establish standardized change management frameworks, impact measurement toolkits, and feedback loops across all transformation programs

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring): 

  • Proven leadership capability in enterprise change management, business transformation, and process optimization within fast-paced environments 
  • Strong team management and talent development skills, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams 
  • Exceptional executive presence, stakeholder management, and cross-functional influence to drive organizational consensus and adoption 
  • Deep expertise in structured change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci) and continuous improvement frameworks 
  • Critical experience leading large-scale cultural, process, and operational shifts across enterprise organizations

Additional Qualifications:

  • Background in the telecommunications, retail wireless, or consumer technology industries 
  • Experience leveraging modern digital tools, AI-driven process automation, or enterprise data analytics to accelerate transformation outcomes

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university 
  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, organizational change management, or strategy consulting 
  • Direct people management experience leading transformation or change teams Demonstrated track record of driving cross-functional process and culture shifts at scale

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $127,050.00/Year - $181,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
