What your days might look like

As Head of Enterprise Technology you will be responsible for designing our enterprise technology strategy and ensuring that our technology systems and processes align with our strategic business goals.

This will include

  • Technology strategy, architecture and infrastructure - designing a scalable, reliable, secure, seamlessly integrated enterprise technology infrastructure, including rationalisation of our tech systems
  • Technology integrations - overseeing the integration of new technologies into our technology infrastructure and ensuring seamless data flow across systems
  • Technology optimisation and training - improving effective use of technology across our enterprise technology systems
  • Technology operations & service delivery - overseeing day-to-day operations of technology department and providing technical support for all enterprise technology systems
  • Technology budget and vendor management - managing technology budget and negotiating and managing relationships with third party technology vendors and partners

As our Head of Enterprise Technology, you'll be accountable for delivering the following key outcomes:

  • Delivery of enterprise technology roadmap aligned with business goals - measured by project completion rate with desired outcomes
  • Unified view of customer, revenue and other business KPIs across critical enterprise technology systems - measured by infrastructure upgrade completion with desired outcomes
  • A more efficient, effective organisation enabled by technology - measure by a reduction in operational costs via technology initiatives
  • Streamlined technology service across the organisation - measured by a reduction in service desk enquires via automation or self-service resolutions
  • Optimising our technology budget in line with our financial strategy
  • Strong business partnering and ability to deliver strategic priorities - measured by high NPS with senior leadership team

What you will bring

  • Proven experience in a similar role (Head of Enterprise Technology, Head of IT, etc.)
  • Experience working for a fast-paced, high-growth organisation
  • Experience in technology strategy, systems architecture and systems integration
  • Knowledge of GTM technology stacks or experience supporting GTM technology teams
  • Budget accountability, procurement and commercial negotiation experience
  • Familiarity with programming languages and development frameworks
  • Knowledge of database design and technologies, such as SQL databases
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, encryption, identity management, and best practices for ensuring system security and compliance
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and related services
  • Strong team leadership skills
  • Ability to simplify complex technology concepts into language that non-technical team members can understand, fostering organisation-wide understanding of technology initiatives
  • Ability to gain buy-in from key stakeholders and influencing decisions that impact the technology infrastructure of our organisation
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to understand ROI of technology investments and manage technology business unit
