The accountability includes the following but not limited to
- Development and Delivery of the user stories as part of the monthly releases.
- Code quality and technical debt reduction for the specific platform
- Successful delivery of the monthly release by working closely with delivery and quality assurance teams
- Availability of the platform and the components in production estate
- Risk Management of the platform and the corresponding mitigation
- Platform Monitoring, Service improvements for the specific platform resulting in incident reduction
- Total cost of ownership of the platform
- Platform upgrades – where applicable
- Own and maintain the strategy and roadmap of the platform & the applications.
- Collaborate with wider teams and ensures business outcomes are achieved.
- Work with and oversee 3rd party suppliers to ensure all the above are delivered as per the agreements
