Job Description
To build and run the eCommerce capability enabling digital sales and making transactional banking and borrowing convenient for clients by delivering innovative products and services across mobile devices, online platforms, new digital experiences, and advanced banking centres. To build and run customer acquisition and retention strategies for clients through digital platforms. To design, develop business strategies and grow eCommerce Sales, whilst scaling omni-channel and eCommerce platforms. To articulate, develop and implement strategies for moving digital channels from being only transactional channels to becoming fully-fledged eCommerce platforms for Business and Commercial Banking clients.
Qualifications
Qualification
- Business Commerce Degree or Information Technology Degree
Experience
- More than 10 years experience and understanding of digital platforms enabling other value streams teams to deliver with substantial autonomy (platforms as a product)
- More than 10 years experience in understanding integration of digital and eCommerce sales growth around products, solutions and go-to market plans
- Strong understanding of digital, open banking and platform integration into a segment
- Experience in leading, integrating and delivering client solutions through multi-disciplinary teams
