Head of Design
What you can expect
Zoom is seeking an exceptional Head of Design to join our executive team. You will lead our design team in creating innovative and intuitive user experiences that connect people across the world.
About the Team
Zoom has a vast and ever-expanding product portfolio, so design is a critical function. This complexity necessitates a design leader with a wealth of experience who can navigate diverse design challenges, ensuring brand consistency while tailoring designs to meet each Zoom products' unique needs. It is critical for this design leader to build a strong team, create effective processes, and leverage a good design system to achieve high velocity and high quality across a large portfolio.
What we’re looking for
-
Have 15+ years of relevant working experience

Experience in design leadership roles, with a track record of shaping design strategy and leading design teams

Experience aligning design initiatives with organizational goals and market trends

Experience with user-centric design principles and a history of delivering exceptional user experiences

Experience with innovation and creativity in design, with a knack for pushing boundaries and exploring emerging technologies

Experience with global design considerations and the ability to design for diverse user bases
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
