About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, high-IQ, optimistic professional with a bias for action who can lead a team of 6-8 people and:
a. lead design coordination (of architectural, structural, and MEP design), and
b. oversee costing, scheduling, billing, and comprehensive planning for multiple housing complexes.
Job Description
a. Leading design and planning functions
b. Review of project designs, GFC drawings and technical reports
c. Preparation and review of project execution plan, resource plan, BOQ, BOR, rate analysis, cost analysis and budgets and resolving deviations
d. Exploring various construction technologies, alternate building materials and implementing viable solutions
Required Skills
a. Strong background in Civil Engineering
b. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
c. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, cost management and construction materials.
CTC
Up to ₹20 lacs per annum + performance linked incentives
