Responsibilities

• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for Sei's products
• Lead the decentralised financial ecosystem at Sei
• Set OKRs and KPIs to evaluate defi and Dapp performance
• Ensure a constant pipeline of high priority Dapps
• Lead new initiatives, campaigns and incentive programmes to expand Sei's defi ecosystem
• Support and groom Tier 1 and Tier 2 partnerships and projects
• Continuously cultivate partnerships with builders

Requirements

• Strong network in the DeFi industry
• 3-5 years of experience working in business development, ecosystem or partnerships
• Experience in web3, crypto, and DeFi is required - at least 2years of deep DeFi experience
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Strong DegenScore is preferred
