We are looking for an innovative and passionate Head of Culture & Engagement to join our fast-growing organisation. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our company culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Your efforts will help us maintain our dynamic and inclusive environment as we scale fast internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding:
- Build and oversee the groupwide onboarding process to ensure new hires have a best-in-class welcoming experience.
- Develop comprehensive onboarding programs that include orientation, training, and cultural integration.
- Continuously refine onboarding processes based on feedback and industry best practices.
- Culture Development:
- DEI: Champion initiatives that foster a vibrant, inclusive, and positive workplace culture.
- Resilience: Develop and implement programs that reflect our core values and enhance employee morale.
- Culture: Partner with leadership to craft the company’s EVP and embed cultural initiatives into our growth strategies.
- Employee Engagement:
- Create and execute engagement strategies that boost job satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct annual sentiment survey and other regular surveys and feedback sessions to understand employee needs and areas for improvement.
- Organize events, workshops, and activities that promote team cohesion and a sense of community.
- Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a small team of Talent & Culture professionals dedicated to culture, engagement, and onboarding.
- Collaborate extensively with other teams to ensure alignment of culture and engagement initiatives with our rapid growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on matters related to onboarding, culture, and employee experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior HR role with a focus on culture, engagement, EVP, and onboarding, ideally in a scaleup or fast-growing company.
- Proven experience in a senior learning and development role.
- Proven experience in senior stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions.
- Ability to analyze data and measure the impact of learning initiatives.
- Experience with employee engagement tools and platforms is a plus.
