Our investment in the future needs those with an eye on the bottom line. Our Billing & Credit teams work behind the scenes, dedicated to ensuring a seamless experience for millions of customers across all our brands while efficiently addressing any billing concerns.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams overseeing all facets of the consumer credit experience for Boost Mobile
- Develop procedures to process and credit policy
- Manage policies supporting customer offers
- Support departmental budgets related to billing
- Collaborate with our technical partners to make improvements to the various billing systems
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Experience leading projects and initiatives efficiently and effectively
- Motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the elements of payment and billing events or trends
- Familiarity with payment and billing regulatory reporting and compliance
- Experience analyzing and interpreting complex data or large amounts of information accurately and taking action confidently
- Executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively across varying audiences
- Collaborative, hands-on approach to work that is reflected through their management style and employee communications

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $127,050.00/Year - $181,500.00/Year
