We’re looking for an organised, approachable and proactive Corporate Services Manager to manage our workplace operations across Australia and New Zealand. What you’ll be working on

You’ll take ownership of Corporate Services across our Barangaroo, Chatswood and Auckland offices, leading a small team and ensuring our workplaces are safe, welcoming and operating effectively. Your remit will span facilities and property management, WHS, front of house, travel, vendors, budgets and workplace services. You’ll balance day-to-day operational needs with longer-term improvements, looking for opportunities to streamline manual processes, improve systems and create a consistent workplace experience across ANZ.

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re highly organised, approachable and comfortable showing initiative and taking accountability. You enjoy working with people and understand how much a well-run workplace can influence someone’s day. You’ll be confident leading a small team while managing competing priorities across multiple locations, and you won’t be afraid to get involved when something needs attention. You’ll also bring a continuous improvement mindset, looking for practical ways to simplify processes and improve the experience for employees.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Experience across corporate services, workplace, facilities or office operations

  • Experience managing facilities across multiple locations

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands

  • People leadership experience with a genuine interest in developing others

  • Working knowledge of WHS requirements and workplace safety practices

  • Experience managing vendors, contractors and service providers

  • Exposure to property management, leases and workplace projects

  • Budget management experience across OPEX and/or CAPEX

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • A proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes
