4. Drive resolution of authority queries/observations by coordinating Business/Regulatory/Design inputs and closures.
5. Escalate and unblock critical-path approvals impacting mobilization, construction continuity and occupancy readiness.
6. Ensure compliant correspondence, meeting minutes and documentation repository for audit-ready evidence trails.
7. Orchestrate VIP site visits and MoU ceremonies (protocol, security coordination, messaging, risk controls).
8. Monitor regulatory/administrative developments and advise leadership on risks, mitigation and positioning.
