We’re building a content machine to enable us to lead the conversation about conversational AI, positioning PolyAI as a key thought leader in the field.
We’re looking for a smart, quick thinking and creative Head of Content to spearhead our growing content marketing team.
You’ll create and lead the PolyAI content strategy, focusing on SEO, demand generation and thought leadership. You’ll be happy interviewing senior executives and technical colleagues, asking challenging questions to break complex concepts into engaging content.
We’re looking for someone who can be strategic and see the bigger picture, but who is equally happy rolling up their sleeves and creating content across different mediums and channels. You should have strong opinions on how to measure content performance and take an analytical approach to strategy, adapting where needed to maximize results.
Salary: $120,000-$150,000 + Bonus
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute a pipeline-driven content marketing strategy.
- Create and maintain competitive SEO strategy that enables PolyAI to capitalize on existing search traffic and new trends.
- Create a steady flow of top, middle and bottom funnel content across all personas and verticals.
- Partner across product marketing, brand, PR, and executive leadership to drive new thought leadership and content ideas
- Source and manage freelance writers to ensure timely turnaround on content.
- Develop thought leadership concepts into in-depth educational content.
- Define, measure and report on key KPIs to demonstrate impact on pipeline and revenue targets.
- 8+ years in content marketing with proven impact on pipeline
- Experience working in an enterprise B2B SaaS company
- Experience working with senior executives to develop content themes and collaborate on written pieces
- Experience creating content for large and diverse buying teams across both technical and business roles
- Strong analytics skills and ability to adapt strategy based on data
- Strong knowledge of SEO
- Experience of performance managing and leading a team
Nice to haves:
- Knowledge of CCaaS, UCaaS, or Call Center technology markets (ideal)
- Knowledge of NLP, NLU, or other machine-learning technology (ideal)
- Experience of getting coverage in top tier media publications
- Experience with creating engaging event experiences
