Own and evolve PolyAI’s website design system and lead end-to-end web design, including research, interaction design, prototyping, testing, accessibility, responsive design, and engineering handoffs. Partner with marketing, brand, engineering, and motion teams to deliver high-performing web experiences. Present work to stakeholders, improve conversion and quality, and leverage AI-assisted workflows and emerging interaction technologies.

Own PolyAI’s digital and account-based marketing engine, including paid media strategy, agency relationships, ABM tiering and targeting, nurture and webinar programs, content syndication, and high-touch audience strategy. Manage channel budgets, vendors, and campaign performance reporting across segments, presenting recommendations to leadership. Collaborate cross-functionally to scale demand generation and lifecycle marketing programs.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive renewals, expansions, upsells and retention. Build executive relationships, lead SteerCo meetings, create ROI models, forecast using MEDDPIC in Gong, collaborate with solution consultants to deliver tailored demos, and act as voice of the customer to increase product adoption and lifetime value.

Lead and scale the GTM/Business Development function by coaching a BDR team, refining prospecting and qualification, partnering with Sales and Marketing to improve funnel conversion, building messaging/programs, forecasting performance, and managing hiring, compensation, and team performance to generate consistent qualified pipeline.

Manage and grow PolyAI's partner ecosystem by recruiting and managing channel partners (TSDs, VARs, alliances), driving partnership revenue, forecasting pipeline, collaborating cross-functionally, negotiating with C-suite stakeholders, and providing market and technical insights to expand CX solution adoption.

Lead delivery of large-scale virtual assistant deployments, act as single point of accountability for clients, advise Fortune 500 customers on customer service transformation, monitor success metrics, collaborate with engineering and sales, drive expansion, and improve agent design and operational processes.
