The position 

As the head of content and inspiration experience, you will be directly responsible for improving key KPIs such as #Social Sharing by Clients (monthly average), %Client Trading (monthly average), % of Multi Asset, %Newly Funded Clients (NFC) to Newly Trading Clients (NTC). 

You will be driving these key KPIs by delivering Timely, Relevant, Engaging and Actionable (TREA) content. initiatives and campaigns that are relevant to our Specialist Traders, Active Investors, Explorative Traders and Buy and Hold personas. 

Given that Saxo Japan offers wide range of products to its clients in Japan, you will be actively proposing, drafting and executing campaigns to support our key products including FX spot, FX options, Overseas equities, U.S. equity and Index options, CFDs, Futures and services covering tax service account (Tokutei accounts), USD funding and withdrawals. Increasing customer awareness of the benefits of diversification into multi-asset and improving client fundings in JPY as well as USD which should eventually lead to Newly Funded Clients as well as Newly Trading Clients contributing to exceed our revenue targets. 

You will be participating in Local Daily Curiosity Huddle meetings and present new initiatives, campaigns, relevant market news, events as well as updates on specific to products/instruments offered, competitor updates. You will also be actively contributing in the creation of TREA content that can be published as Platform/website or Social Media content that is relevant to our personas/client segments. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Be responsible for proposing, drafting and executing new initiatives and campaigns under client inspiration journey to improve #NFC, #NTC as well as reactivation of dormant customers. 

  • Actively drive initiative of improving Social Sharing Platform content by our clients 

  • Participate in Local, Regional and Global Client inspiration Daily Huddle meetings and adopt relevant content for Saxo Japan clients, be responsible for localizing the content and publishing on home.saxo/ja-jp website as well as Platform 

  • Be able to recommend and create content from relevant market news, update that can be presented as TREA content to our clients 

  • Collaborate with creative, web, and PR teams to execute marketing initiatives from brief to go-live 

  • Prepare and coordinate physical events to help build out our brand 

  • Present educational materials to customers in Webinars. 

  • Developing and implementing a content strategy that aligns with the company's aspirations in the investment and trading space, such as promoting financial literacy, responsible investing, and empowering individuals to make informed investment decisions. 

  • Overseeing the creation and curation of high-quality content related to investment and trading, including educational resources, market analysis, investment strategies, and risk management techniques that align with the company's aspirations. 

  • Ensure the delivery of engaging and informative content that resonates with the target audience and supports the company's overarching goals in the investment and trading domain. 

  • Monitoring and analyzing content performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization, aligning with the company's aspirations to provide valuable and impactful content that empowers individuals in their investment journey. 

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, compliance, and product development, to ensure that content supports and enhances the company's aspirations in promoting ethical investing practices, regulatory compliance, and customer empowerment. 

  • Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in investment and trading content creation to drive innovation and differentiation, while aligning with the company's aspirations to be a thought leader and trusted resource in the financial services sector. 

  • Championing a culture of integrity, transparency, and customer-centricity within the content team, reflecting the company's aspirations to foster trust, empower investors, and promote responsible financial decision-making. 

  • Copywriting – Cover copywriting for all articles written locally, any content written by regional as well as HQ, Quarterly Outlooks – English, Japanese versions, All the press releases and any content is published publicly on social media and the company’s trading platforms. 

 

Skills Required: 

  • Solid knowledge of the financial industry and investment services 

  • Proven track record with content writing and copywriting experience in the financial industry 

  • Prior experience of handling content writing for FX, CFDs, Equities, Derivatives – CFDs, Options, Futures is highly desired to succeed in this role 

  • Prior experience of using social media such as Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube etc. to improve #visitors, #Leads, #New Funded Clients, and #New Trading Clients 

  • Experience with marketing campaign planning, execution and evaluation 

  • In-depth understanding of digital and offline marketing for client acquisition and inspiration 

  • You are fluent in Japanese and English and can navigate an international and diverse company 

  • You are motivated by working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with ambitious goals 

 

Qualifications 

  • JSDA Sales Representative Class 1, 2 desired 

  • University Degree – Commerce, Science or Engineering preferred 

  • Native Japanese Speaker 

  • TOEIC : 900+
