Conduct client onboarding and ongoing due diligence for private and corporate clients while ensuring compliance with Swiss AML regulations and internal policies. Perform KYC quality checks, assess ownership structures and financial crime risks, escalate concerns, and recommend process improvements. Collaborate with Commercial teams and stakeholders, contribute to AML policy enhancements, monitor regulatory developments, and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Define and own architecture for distributed microservices built on C#/.NET Core. Design event-driven systems using Kafka and Redis, establish gRPC patterns, and deploy containerized workloads on Azure with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. Review designs and code, ensure scalability, performance, security, and mentor engineering teams.

Own the observability strategy and critical platform services, engineering reliability, performance, and security. Partner with engineering, platform, security, and architecture teams; lead incident investigations and post-mortems; improve reliability, performance, cost, and operational efficiency; and establish observability standards and best practices.

Process end-to-end KYC onboarding and ongoing due diligence for VIP private and corporate clients. Conduct enhanced due diligence, identify and escalate financial crime risks, meet processing and quality standards, perform quality checks, and collaborate with financial crime prevention and commercial stakeholders. The role also supports process improvement, automation opportunities, knowledge sharing, and compliant client experiences within a regulated environment.

Lead ownership of data sourcing, modelling, and distribution for compliance and reporting. Define and implement a central data foundation, set standards, ensure data quality, guide teams, and document end-to-end data flows to enable consistent, reusable reporting solutions.

Design and develop ASP.NET web services and applications, utilizing C#/.NET and T-SQL. Collaborate with teams, implement microservices, and ensure application performance and security.

Operate and support a hybrid Exchange environment and endpoint onboarding. Perform enhanced due diligence on complex ownership and cross-border structures, assess and mitigate AML/financial crime risks, document findings, ensure compliance with KYC procedures and regulatory expectations, meet SLAs, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes.

Lead development and execution of AML quality assurance framework; perform QA on client onboarding and ODD/CDD processes, report findings, recommend policy and process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate AML risks.
