Ensure the Bank operates in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, supervisory directives, and Access Bank Rwanda policies while embedding a strong culture of integrity and fair customer outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline
- Minimum of 12 years post-qualification experience in Compliance & Internal Control within Financial Services, with some banking experience in a similar role in the banking sector in Rwanda or other African markets preferred.
