The Role
As our Head of Influencer Marketing you will shape the vision and lead the growth of our community proposition. You’ll lead our creator management, brand communities, and creator network, taking ownership of initiatives like expanding Speaky into multiple markets, rolling out our affiliate marketing offer, and implementing our Creator OS vision.

You’ll work side by side with the team to design and run creator programs that deliver measurable impact. From sourcing and onboarding creators, to planning content strategies, to building lasting relationships. You’ll hire, mentor, and develop your team, ensuring they have the tools, processes, and support to excel. And you’ll make sure our community approach stays ahead of trends, while being practical, scalable, and results-driven.

What you’ll do

• Lead and scale GoSpooky’s community proposition, from strategy to growth deliver
• Oversee creator management, brand communities, and creator network teams
• Launch and expand our creator network (Speaky) across multiple markets
• Roll out our affiliate marketing proposition with the Social Commerce Lead
• Implement our Creator OS vision across all tiers of creators
• Partner with client teams to design and execute E2E creator programs. From sourcing and onboarding to content strategy and relationship management
• Hire, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture
  

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position
• Proven experience leading creator management across celebrity, macro, micro, and nano tiers
• Track record of managing high-performing teams and complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Deep knowledge of the creator economy, social platforms (TikTok, Instagram), and community trends
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Fluent in English (another EU language like Dutch, German or Spanish is a plus)
• Familiarity with creator workflow tools (CreatorIQ, Traackr)
• Bonus: experience in data streamlining (Looker Studio, PowerBI), custom AI tooling (N8N, Gemini), affiliate marketing, or building custom reward systems for creators
