What You’ll Do

  • Own and refine the product value proposition, ensuring strong market positioning aligned with customer needs and the evolving defense landscape.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate technical capabilities into clear, competitive commercial offerings.
  • Support customer and partner engagement activities by communicating the operational and technical advantages of Destinus solutions.
  • Align internal teams around product messaging, customer feedback, and evolving market requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of materials and narratives that clearly explain the value and mission impact of our systems.
  • Help ensure consistency between product capabilities, commercial strategy, and customer expectations.

Requirements

What You’ll Need

  • Senior experience in aerospace or defense product, commercial, or solution focused roles with a strong understanding of the industry environment.
  • Experience working within military environments, defense organizations, or with armed forces stakeholders is highly valued.
  • Ability to translate complex systems and advanced technologies into clear, compelling customer value and market positioning.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams.
  • Experience engaging with customers, partners, or stakeholders within the defense ecosystem is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non technical audiences.
  • Fluent English required. Additional European languages are a strong plus.
