Team Global Express is seeking a strategic Head of Commercial – Express Parcels (EP) to lead financial performance and profitability initiatives across our Express Parcels division.
Reporting directly to the General Manager of Commercial Finance, this is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, optimising unit cost metrics and providing actionable insights to guide decision-making. You will lead a high-performing team, build advanced reporting and dashboards and collaborate with senior stakeholders to align financial strategies with operational performance.
Lead and mentor a team of commercial managers, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Develop profitability insights and executive dashboards to enable data-driven decisions.
Drive initiatives to optimise revenue, margin, and unit cost performance across EP Road, EP Air, and Ecommerce.
Partner with pricing and sales teams to support strategic pricing decisions and maximise growth.
Build and implement dynamic reporting systems for real-time performance tracking.
Work closely with GMs of operations and EGMs to align financial strategies with operational goals.
Conduct scenario modelling and track productivity initiatives to assess financial impact.
Provide high-quality insights, recommendations, and presentations to senior management.
Champion continuous improvement in business performance reporting.
Proven senior leadership experience in a commercial or financial management role.
Strong financial and analytical acumen, with expertise in revenue optimisation and cost management.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive collaboration across diverse business units.
Experience in scenario modelling, financial performance reporting, and executive-level communication.
A strategic mindset with the ability to balance detail with big-picture thinking.
