About this opportunity:
We are looking for an inspiring leader to join our team as Key Account Manager Algeria to develop Ericsson business relationship with Algeria clients & prospects, while actively contributing to customer success. The successful candidate requires a deep understanding of our customer's business, operations, and objectives. This role carries full responsibility of the account Profit & Loss including working capital.
What you will do:
• Generate profitability sales and develop long term business for Algeria.• Secure customer success and long-term relationship trust• Lead and develop a stellar sales team, based on professionalism, respect, perseverance and integrity.• Collaborate closely with Ericsson Domains & Functions to deliver our product & services.• Ensure Legal and Ethical requirements as per your role of country manager are respected.• Represent Ericsson in the ecosystem towards authorities, key stakeholders, and decision makers.
The skills you bring:
• Education: Master in telecom/engineering and/or business administration or equivalent training/experience.• Min years of experience: 7-10 of experience of relationship sales and within the ICT industry.• Minimum of 5 years in leadership position.• Strong operational and delivery experience with hands on approach, results orientation and a get things done mindset.• A team builder fostering a culture of inclusion, diversity, ONE team approach.• A talent groomer developing local talents across the organization, with focus on giving everyone a chance to thrive and succeed.
To success in this role, you combine:
• A first experience as country manager in Algeria with deep knowledge of the Algerian telecom stakeholder ecosystem (operators, institutions, authorities...). Local regulation.• An experience in an international company.• Very strong personal integrity and values that supports a high ethical standard. Capable of addressing inappropriate behavior and resolving issues with mutually beneficial solutions.• Extended knowledge and understanding of the telecom or ICT industry and ability to turn that knowledge into effective and efficient targets and strategies within your areas of responsibility.• Demonstrate a "set to win" sales mindset focused on achieving success and possess advanced sales skills.• Capabilities to lead complex and difficult situation (business, HR)• Be the first brand ambassador for the company.
