Are you a strategic transformation leader who can turn ambition into measurable business impact?

We are looking for a Head of Business Transformation and Digitalization to lead our transformation agenda, accelerate digital development, and help shape simpler, smarter, and more customer-centric ways of working.

About the role

As Head of Business Transformation and Digitalization, you will play a key role in driving business transformation, operational excellence, and digital innovation across the organization. You will lead a team of four transformation and digitalization professionals and work closely with the Managing Director, leadership team, Group stakeholders, and business functions to translate strategic priorities into tangible business results.

You will be responsible for defining and executing the transformation roadmap, improving processes and ways of working, strengthening digital capabilities, and ensuring that strategic initiatives deliver measurable value for customers, employees, and the business.

What you will do

Lead the transformation portfolio

• Define and drive the transformation and digitalization roadmap.
• Prioritize and govern initiatives to ensure alignment with business strategy and benefits realization.
• Monitor progress, risks, costs, and outcomes, ensuring disciplined execution.

Drive digitalization and continuous improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve customer and employee experiences through digital solutions, automation, and process optimization.
• Partner with business and Group stakeholders to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Promote the effective use of data, analytics, AI, and automation.

Lead change and build capabilities

• Act as a visible change leader, driving adoption and engagement across the organization.
• Build transformation, project, and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and a culture of innovation.

Lead and develop the team

• Manage and develop a team of four transformation and digitalization professionals.
• Collaborate with leaders, project teams, vendors, and external partners to achieve transformation objectives.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience leading business transformation, digitalization, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.
• Experience in portfolio management, change leadership, and benefits realization.
• Understanding of digital technologies, data, analytics, AI, and process improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Previous people leadership experience and the ability to lead through influence in a matrix organization.

Compensation level is 5.500 – 7.000 euros / month.
