TEAM
Enterprise Technology provides a modern, secure, and high performance IT infrastructure supporting Woven by Toyota and the broader Toyota Group. We use cutting-edge technologies to help engineering, operations, and corporate teams go faster, safer, and be more productive.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You excel in collaborating with stakeholders, have a strong track record of leading programs/projects,and are deeply committed to driving operational excellence.
You will work directly with the Head of Enterprise Technology, functional leaders in engineering and operations teams, and stakeholders in Toyota Group companies.
This is a hybrid role and onsite three days per week. You will report to the Head of Enterprise Technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and coordinate yearly planning, performance tracking, and reporting, ensuring alignment with team goals
- Own financial management, purchasing processes, HC management, and cost optimization initiatives in collaboration with Finance, Procurement, HR, and other teams, ensuring transparent and robust financial and resource management.
- Advise the Head of Enterprise Technology, provide insights to support decision-making, assist with team management, and lead communications to executives and stakeholders.
- Optimize processes, tools, and roles & responsibilities in day-to-day operations.
- Support the Head of Enterprise Technology and senior functional leaders with meeting cadences, agenda setting, materials preparation, meeting facilitation, and follow-up.
- Represent Enterprise Technology and manage stakeholder relations across Woven and Toyota.
- Lead special projects as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in strategy & management consulting roles, or in business strategy/planning, program management, key account management, or business operations within leading organizations or startups.
- Experience driving business execution, process management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience managing complex stakeholders, engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Good working knowledge of multiple functional areas such as finance, procurement, HR, etc., from a line of business perspective.
- Experience producing documentation, business cases, and presentations tailored to customers, executives, and cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English and Japanese.
NICE TO HAVES
- Prior role experience as Chief of Staff
- Advanced business degree such as an MBA from a top University
- Knowledge of the technology industry landscape, particularly in enterprise IT, security, and SaaS products
- Experience working with automotive OEM or Tier1
