Job Description

Sweet Security is looking for a Head of Brand to define and elevate our brand as we establish ourselves in the evolving categories of cloud runtime and AI security.
In this role, you will own Sweet Security’s brand strategy, positioning, communication and market presence.
You will shape how the market perceives Sweet Security, ensuring a consistent and competitive brand experience across every touchpoint, and every room.
Working closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Executive Leadership, and Sales, you will transform market insights into compelling narratives that strengthen awareness, build credibility, and drive long-term business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve Sweet Security’s brand strategy, positioning, and messaging.
  • Shape Sweet Security’s category narrative and market differentiation.
  • Lead Sweet's press and communication strategy, as well as social, brand advocacy, and founders' voice. 
  • Lead brand campaigns and strategic initiatives that increase awareness and engagement.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate product innovation into compelling market narratives.
  • Drive thought leadership, executive visibility, and corporate communications efforts.
  • Own brand performance metrics, including awareness, engagement, and share of voice.
  • Work closely with design, content, and external partners to deliver high-quality brand experiences.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of brand marketing experience in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling cybersecurity brands in competitive markets.
  • Well-connected within the cybersecurity ecosystem, with an understanding of industry communities, media, events, influencers, and market dynamics - a big advantage 
  • Strong expertise in positioning, messaging, storytelling, and campaign execution.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure brand impact and translate insights into action.
  • Hands-on builder who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
